SALARY RANGE:$18.00-$20.00

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Manage and maintain physical inventory and physical aspects of assigned location while providing quality customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Receive incoming products with great care given to product quality and accuracy.

Place incoming products in correct location in warehouse.

Load outgoing freight protecting product quality and accuracy.

Ensure that proper invoices are supplied and accurate, so inventory is effectively maintained.

Create efficient delivery routes and dispatch trucks for shipment.

Creates price list for jobs.

Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory in an organized logical manner.

Work with Service Manager when reordering is necessary.

Keep facility neat, clean, and organized.

Maintain grounds, grass mowed, parking lots graded or plowed, or any other required maintenance.

Keep buildings, service doors, locks, HVAC, signs or any other equipment in working order or repair as needed.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1 year or more of related work experience to demonstrate computer proficiency and ability to learn GROWMARK software.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Normally requires Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Must possess positive attitude and demonstrate team oriented work ethic.

Continuously exposed or required to:

* Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)

* Noisy conditions

* Working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures

* May be required to work at varying heights

* Lift 71-100 lbs.

* Required to push heavy objects

Ability to work extended hours.

Ability to travel independently and overnight.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
