Executive Assistant - Digital Product Leadership | Dearborn, MI | $21.13/hr.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in Digital Product. This role goes beyond traditional administrative work-managing complex schedules, driving projects, and optimizing workflows to keep leadership focused and operations running smoothly.

Pay: $21.13/hr. | Location: Dearborn, MI | Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize domestic & international travel.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate projects, track deliverables, and streamline workflows for efficiency.
• Support cross-functional teams, draft internal communications, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Maintain discretion with confidential information and anticipate leadership needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting senior executives, preferably in Digital Product or tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Teams, and collaboration tools (Miro, etc.).
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
