What you will be doing
Oversees the configuration, user setup, training, and maintenance of enterprise applications used by Flatiron divisions, including but not limited to Primavera P6, HCSS Heavy Job, Cornerstone CMS, iCIMS, Procore, Microsoft SharePoint, and other company-specific applications.
- Administers daily operations for designated software packages.
- Resolves application and software issues by addressing incoming problem tickets from end users, covering workstations, servers, databases, and other critical systems.
- Communicates application issues to key stakeholders, including IT management, development teams, department heads, and end users, and develops strategies to address root causes of issues.
- Schedules and manages software enhancements and defect resolutions as needed.
- Maintains a prioritized list of departmental training needs and objectives for applications.
- Develops expertise in several construction applications and supporting processes, becoming a subject matter expert (SME).
- Designs, develops, and delivers training programs for software applications, including individual instruction.
- Prepares user and technical documentation and training materials as required.
- Performs preventative maintenance and monitoring of software, including installing service packs, patches, and hot fixes.
- Tracks licensed users to assist with annual software licensing and maintenance.
What we are looking for
- High school diploma / GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field from an accredited institution preferred.
- 1+ year related experience supporting enterprise applications preferred.
- Experience in construction related field a plus.
- Beginner knowledge of client/server enterprise applications, Remote Desktop technologies and web-based applications
- Beginner knowledge of the processes that support the applications within scope of responsibility
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows server configuration, networking skills and Active Directory administration
- Beginner knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Beginner knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting
- Understanding of SaaS solutions and Hosting environments.
