This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the visual identity of a key product category, influencing brand perception and engaging a vast customer base. You will be instrumental in developing innovative and commercially viable designs that resonate with a modern, sophisticated, and glamorous brand voice, directly contributing to the success of seasonal collections and the overall brand experience.

**What You Will Do:**

As a Senior Designer, you will be at the forefront of creative development, transforming concepts into captivating designs. Your work will involve:

* Developing creative and appealing packaging concepts and designs for new seasonal collections, meticulously interpreting themes through the brand lens.

* Clearly communicating design ideas and collaborating closely with the broader design team to evolve and execute concepts.

* Interpreting feedback quickly and delivering timely revisions in a fast-paced environment.

* Acting as an idea generator and self-starter, contributing proactively as a collaborative team player.

* Working confidently on high-volume programs, maintaining agility and a flexible mindset to pivot on feedback and adapt to evolving priorities.

* Staying passionately committed to awareness of current fashion and beauty market trends to inform design choices.

* Applying an expert eye for color to all design projects.

* Delivering precise product designs and technical turnovers with speed, agility, and acute attention to detail.

* Communicating effectively with external partners to produce accurate 3D prototypes.

* Embracing constructive feedback with a positive attitude to continuously refine and improve designs.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Bachelor's degree in design, graphic arts, or equivalent practical experience.

* 7+ years of design experience in a comparable packaging or graphic design environment.

* A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of packaging and graphic design projects and concepts.

* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and ensure quality execution with meticulous attention to detail.

* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

* Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.

* Solid knowledge of print production processes and materials.

* Proven proficiency in creating mock-ups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.

* A collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach.

* A genuine passion for and comprehensive knowledge of current trends in design and relevant consumer markets.
