Summary:

Goldbelt Frontier is seeking a Program Analyst II. The Program Analyst will support Expeditionary Medical (ExMed) system lifecycle management. Other duties include, but are not limited to, performing medical logistics, modernization, and risk-management analysis, and ensuring supply chain readiness for combat and humanitarian missions.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provides support for medical equipment logistics, readiness, provisioning, and lifecycle analysis for expeditionary forces

  • Manage equipment tracking, documentation, and readiness reporting

  • Support provisioning, maintenance planning, and configuration documentation

  • Assist with technical data reviews, procurement packages, and sustainment tasks

  • Prepare briefs, reports, and requirements documentation


Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Understanding of consumables, equipment maintenance, and readiness cycles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and support modernization or improvement initiatives

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain organized records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development

  • Strong written, verbal, and customer-facing communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and six years of relevant experience in DoD/Navy modernization processes, medical logistics, and risk management
  • A Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience in DoD/Navy modernization processes, medical logistics, and risk management
  • Experience with military medical supplies, equipment, and terminology relevant to expeditionary medicine, including optimizing the flow of essential medical equipment and supplies to the point of need during combat operations or humanitarian missions
  • Must have a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Military medical supply/equipment operations
  • Expeditionary with medicine operational logistics
  • Medical logistics systems (DMLSS/LogiCole
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and SharePoint
  • Experience with MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP processes

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 annually.
