What we're looking for: As a Global Compensation Partner you will participate in the design and implementation of global compensation projects for the company and will work closely with HRBPs and advise them on implementing programs in the most effective manner to promote employee engagement. You will participate in the design of global compensation programs to promote market competitiveness and align with business objectives. You will participate in compensation surveys to analyze the company's competitive position, assist with offers and review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines recommending company salary structure movement and salary increase budgets. In addition, you will help ensure compliance with FLSA, conduct special studies and make recommendations on subjects such as incentive plans and equity programs. You will help ensure compliance with local laws governing compensation practices. Responsibilities:
