The Manpower & Personnel Support Technician will assist the Government in managing all programs in accordance with the Air Force MyPers, Commanders' Support Staff (CSS) Execution, Organization, and Responsibilities PSD Guide

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Manpower & Personnel Support Technician: $110k

Pay commensurate with experience.

Manpower & Personnel Support Technician Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the Government in tracking the completion of military and civilian appraisals, awards, and decorations of all personnel.
• Assisting the Government in managing the in-processing and out processing of Delta 6 personnel.
• Supporting the Government in monitoring the personnel readiness of all Delta 6 personnel.
• Helping the Government manage the Delta 6's unit recognition program.
• Tracking inbound/outbound of Command personnel and manages duty rosters.
• Assisting the Government in managing personnel sponsorship program.
• Acting as the point of contact for all newly assigned personnel to Delta 6.
• Acting as the point of contact for 140 of new assigned personnel, annually.
• Scheduling new personnel initial training/orientation requirements.
• Assisting the Government in monitoring the Delta 6 family care program.
• Supporting the Government in overseeing the unit fitness program for up 240 of Delta 6 personnel in accordance with Department of the Air Force Manual 36-2905.
• Support the Government through providing Unit Deployment management functions .
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Manpower & Personnel Support Technician Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-7 Years' Experience in a Manpower and Personnel Support role.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and judgment skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Workspace will be in a US Government Facility with controlled access and/or military installation.

• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
