The Billing Specialist (Systems Coordinator) is responsible for reconciling daily deposits, processing additional revenue requests as needed, as well as general database integrity.

Responsibilities:

• The Billing Specialist (Systems Coordinator) will reconcile daily deposits and process additional revenue requests as needed.
• The Billing Specialist (Systems Coordinator) manages database functionality, including testing and validation.
• The Billing Specialist (Systems Coordinator) ensures the accuracy and integrity of database information.
• The Billing Specialist (Systems Coordinator) will perform report validation and reconcile monthly reports.
• The Billing Specialist (Systems Coordinator) support call center and processing teams.
• The Billing Specialist (Systems Coordinator) assists the team by completing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office Knowledge.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong independent working skill.
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
