Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver in Jackson, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic food and beverage location. Your presence will contribute to a secure environment while providing excellent customer service. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the premises and respond promptly to situations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or the client representative as directed.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Support emergency response protocols as needed, including assisting with evacuations and/or other site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
