KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Chief of Staff to join our Deal Advisory & Strategy (DAS) team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to the DAS Service Group Leader on key decisions and initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Affairs to oversee DAS-wide communications, including content for emails, calls, and leadership presentations including talking points and speaker preparation
  • Plan content and oversee logistics for all DAS Leadership meetings including weekly and monthly calls as well as periodic in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with both leadership and operations to develop, gain consensus for and track the implementation of strategic priorities and annual goals
  • Work closely within advisory operations, as well as support functions (such as HR, corporate affairs, finance and accounting, marketing and more) across the US and Global
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in professional services industry, including time spent on client delivery
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field is required
  • Exposure to, as well as experience working with senior leadership, along with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, and execution capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of business practices: financial analysis, operations and communications, coupled with strong persuasion, facilitation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead a team that includes participants and other stakeholders at all levels
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
