We are currently seeking a 340B Pharmacy Supervisor to lead and manage our 340B Drug Pricing Program. In this role, you will oversee compliance and operational management across all qualified entities within the health system. You'll serve as the institutional expert on 340B program details, policies, and procedures-ensuring full regulatory compliance with HRSA, maximizing program benefits, and supporting patient access and affordability.

You will collaborate with pharmacy, finance, compliance, legal, and external partners to optimize medication management and program sustainability.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the institutional compliance expert on 340B, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HRSA, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with HRSA, including virtual inventory processes for mixed-use and retail areas.
  • Supervise and mentor 340B analysts and senior analysts.
  • Manage performance evaluations and quarterly check-ins in Workday.
  • Provide ongoing training and education to staff and program participants.
  • Participate in decision-making for new 340B initiatives and operational changes.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships (accounting, legal, finance, wholesalers, manufacturers, vendors, pharmacies, and third-party administrators).
  • Maintain pharmacy split billing software.
  • Monitor purchasing, billing, and inventory processes to prevent drug diversion, duplicate discounts, and GPO prohibition.
  • Review and refine cost savings reports in collaboration with finance and internal audit.
  • Develop and present program utilization reports and dashboards.
  • Implement corrective actions and audit remediation plans as needed.
  • Maintain drug databases and review annual inventory to meet HRSA requirements.
  • Monitor ordering processes and analyze invoices, shipping, and inventory.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure best practices.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • PharmD (or BS Pharm with equivalent relevant experience).
  • ASHP-accredited residency preferred.
  • Current licensure (or eligibility to reciprocate) in Delaware.
  • Minimum of three years of hospital pharmacy experience required.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience with 340B program administration preferred.

Hourly Pay Range: $65.25 - $104.41 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
