Job Title: Compensation Specialist Duration: 3 Months (Contract to hire) Location: Remote Payrate: $20/hr. - $22/hr. on w2 without benefits Shifts: 1st Screening Questions: Do you have a Bachelor's degree. What experience do you have with high-volume compensation or financial processing? Have you used Workday, Xactly, or other ICM systems? Time Zone: Central or Eastern required. Position Overview: We're looking for a Compensation Specialist to manage daily administration of U.S. Pest field technician pay plans. This high-volume role ensures accurate, timely payment of incentives and commissions while supporting process improvements and resolving compensation-related inquiries. Role & Responsibilities: Process high-volume compensation transactions with accuracy. Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and correct payments. Serve as the main contact for compensation inquiries. Maintain SOPs, tools, and resources for HR partners and leaders. Support improvements and system enhancements (Workday, Xactly, ZenDesk). Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 3+ years in compensation, accounting, or similar transactional roles. Experience with Workday and ICM tools preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills.
