Job Description:With broad oversight of the Supervisor of Account Executives (AE), the Account Executive plays a vital role in fostering and maintaining relationships between the John Muir Health system, supports Community Connect and JMH Network Physicians clients to provision physician alignment goals. This position serves as the main point of contact for Community Connect Physicians, and support JMH Network Physicians, coordinating outreach activities and ensuring a seamless physician experience with John Muir Health. Key responsibilities include gathering and verifying information on healthcare providers, addressing inquiries, optimizing operational processes, delivering health system updates. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, technical functionality of Epic, and a commitment to enhancing physician relationships within the organization. Education: Bachelor's Degree - Health Care Related Field, Process Engineering, or Business Related Field - Required Experience: 3 - 5 Years of Account Management in a healthcare-related field - Preferred or 3 - 5 Years of healthcare operations and process improvement - Preferred or 3 - 5 Years of Clinical practice operations - Preferred 3 -5 Years experience in client services, provider relations, or claims processing. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Proficient in Epic (EHR) Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project, SalesForce. Work Shift:08.0 - 08:00 - 16:30 No Waive (United States of America) Pay Range: $50.81 - $76.22 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area. Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
