Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type: Full-time, Exempt

Salary: $65,000 - $77,000 per year + annual bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven motivated individual to join the Finance Business Intelligence team! Finance Business Intelligence is a central role in driving critical reporting, strategic direction, and evaluating firm wide performance. Finance Business Intelligence has an outsize role within our pre-IPO firm and generally collaborates with almost every corporate function.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and maintaining existing financial models for MD&A Level Reporting in MS Excel

  • Creating interactive data experiences in visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau

  • Writing, Reviewing, and Maintaining code SQL and Snowflake

  • Monitoring data quality and performance within the Finance team

  • Creating custom data curations for partner teams within the organization to drive strategic goal obtainment

  • Identifying, scoping, and proposing solutions to potential operational opportunities including potential automation when appropriate

Basic Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Proficient with SQL, Snowflake and PowerBI

  • Able to handle complex, inter-related large data sets and discern insights from them

  • Able to take complex data insights and create simpler action plans, power points, and communication materials

  • Able to partner cross-functionally across broad discipline groups to understand the foundational nature of complex data structures

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous FP&A experience, previous experience in the financial services industry

  • Working knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley, the Dodd-Frank Consumer Protection Act, the 1933 Securities Act, and the 1934 Securities Exchange Act

  • Experience designing database objects and auditing data governance policies
