Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Affairs Senior Coordinator in Cumberland, RI!

This is a hybrid position. For this reason, we will only consider candidates who are within a 40-minute commute from our client's office in Cumberland, RI.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to provide a screenshot of your home, wired/Ethernet internet connection. Wifi is not permitted for this position.

**What you'll do:**

* Support the application process for healthcare providers to obtain necessary prescriptive authority, ensuring all documentation is accurately executed, filed, and maintained.

* Utilize specialized database systems to accurately record and maintain critical information.

* Assist in various projects, contributing to continuous improvement and operational enhancements.

* Participate in other departmental activities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a team-player attitude.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, complex administrative environment.

* Experience in a healthcare setting.

* Demonstrated ability to easily adapt to change in an energetic environment.

* Comfortable communicating effectively at all levels within an organization.

* Motivated to establish, maintain, and manage strong working relationships with colleagues, external vendors, and contracted healthcare professionals.

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and make independent decisions when necessary.

* Project management experience.

* Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

* Ability to focus on details in a dynamic, ever-evolving fast-paced environment.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

* Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

* Comfortable with learning new software applications.

* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.50 to $25.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
