*Description*
TEKsystems is seeking an Enterprise Architect who will play a pivotal role in leading the transition to a future state architecture which aligns with strategic business objectives, is scalable, reduces risk, supports innovation, and enables new digital capabilities. Scope of responsibilities includes developing the design of the Future State Architecture, including driving initiatives for Data Management, Application modernization/development, and AI initiatives. The Architect would be the main technical contact for 3rd party vendors assisting with the above initiatives. *Strong knowledge of IT systems, including cloud platforms, on premise custom systems, data management, integration patterns, and various architecture frameworks and methodologies. *Ability to analyze complex systems and find effective solutions to business challenges. *Ability to lead teams, communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and influence leadership. *Ability to develop long-term strategies that support business goals. *Understanding of software development and operations tools and practices (DevOps). *Must be able to work onsite *Job Type & Location* This is a Permanent position based out of Downers Grove, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $195000.00/yr. 401(k) Savings & Retirement Plan Turbo Boost Match Profit Sharing Contribution Performance Reviews and Merit Increases Annual Bonus Plan Healthcare Reimbursement Account Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Short-Term Disability Benefits Long-Term Disability Benefits Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Term Life Insurance For Your Financial Security Neuco matches 100% of your contribution up to 6% of your pay. Go to www.participant.empower-retirement.com to start or increase your contribution, and notify the HR Department so payroll may be adjusted. Employee deferrals can be either pre-tax (traditional) or post-tax (ROTH); all contributions to your account made by Neuco will be on a pre-tax basis. At the beginning of each calendar year (or a new participant joining the plan), Neuco will double the company match on the employees' first $500 in contributions. The total contribution will be $1,500, with the employee contributing $500 and Neuco contributing $1,000. For more details, please see the HR Department. A discretionary contribution may be made to each employee's 401(k) account, contingent upon the financial success of the company. Each employee will receive a performance review by their manager in May/June of each year. Yearly merit increases are effective on July 1st. Neuco provides an annual discretionary bonus to employees, contingent upon the financial success of the company. For two of the PPO medical plan options, Neuco will pay a portion of your medical deductible upon submission of appropriate documentation to the HR Department. You may contribute up to the IRS maximum of pretax funds into a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to help pay for health-related items like your deductible and copays or dependent care. If you become disabled, after a short waiting period, you may be eligible to receive a percentage of your pay. This benefit is provided at no cost to you. If you continue to be disabled for an extended amount of time, you may be eligible to receive a slightly lesser percentage of your monthly base pay, generally until you reach Social Security Retirement Age. This benefit is provided at no cost to you. In the event of your death, your beneficiary may be eligible to receive up to 1x your annual salary plus $10,000. You may also be eligible to receive benefits if you suffer a severe injury due to an accident. This benefit is provided at no cost to you. You have the option to purchase more life insurance for yourself, your spouse, or other dependent(s) for an additional fee. Medical Prescription Drug Dental Vision You have four (4) healthcare plan choices - a two-tier PPO plan with a Healthcare Reimbursement Account(HRA), a high-deductible PPO plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA)and an HRA, a two-tier PPO plan with lower deductible options, or an HMO plan. Neuco covers 75% of the cost for all plans, and the employee contributes 25% of the cost. Dependent(s) may be added for an additional fee. When you elect medical coverage through Neuco, prescription drugs are covered as part of the plan. Neuco provides two (2) plan choices, a high plan and a low plan. This benefit may be at no cost to employees, depending on which plan they choose. Dependent(s) may be added for an additional fee. You have the option to pay a small portion of the cost of a wide range of vision expenses, including eye exams, glasses, or contacts.
