Job Title: Payment Processing Associate Location: Shoreview, MN About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Payment Processing Associate to join our team. This role involves handling incoming mail and preparing payments for system processing. You will play a key part in ensuring accuracy and supporting a major transformation initiative to standardize and simplify our processes. Key Responsibilities * Prepare incoming mail for extraction into the system. * Open envelopes, organize checks, and stack them for scanning. * Assist in getting payments ready for others to scan into the system. * Cross-train in additional systems as you develop in the role. * Perform manual tasks initially, with potential to operate desktop scanners as opportunities arise. * Learn and support more complex functions over time. * Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Qualifications & Skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. * Comfortable with manual work; technical skills will be developed over time. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
