Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate product inventory for Choice Brands and Venture Marketing.
• Forecast inventory needs based on historical data, sales trends, and upcoming promotions.
• Place product orders on time to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Coordinate weekly team calls with suppliers to review inventory status, shipments, and upcoming needs.
• Monitor and track inventory levels using Excel and other inventory management tools.
• Communicate effectively via email and other channels with suppliers and internal teams.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, or overstock situations.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline inventory management.
• Support cross-functional teams with reporting and documentation as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Exceland other data management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and conducting team calls or meetings.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and plan inventory effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Choice Brands and Venture Marketing products.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
