#CA-KN The senior consultant is responsible for the successful planning and execution of enterprise-wide projects that have a transformative and critical impact on the UC Davis Health organization. The senior consultant will oversee the most complex projects that are highly aligned with UCDH strategic goals and have enterprise level impact. The successful senior consultant will provide business consultative and business transformation services at various levels of the UC Davis Health organization as assigned by Strategy & Growth leadership. The senior consultant will participate with senior executives requesting assistance to deploy key strategic initiatives, business process improvement, and business transformation. They must be proficient in project management methodologies, change management, and performance/process improvement thinking, managing the complexities associated with large, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and must be able to communicate effectively with executive-level staff. In addition, the senior consultant must be able to actively engage and work collaboratively with leaders and other consultants/team members across the organization on a regular basis - clearly articulating and organizing efforts within Strategy and its support to the organization. The senior consultant must be a self-starter and able to work independently with a minimum of direct supervision.
