  • Monitor server health, job schedules, storage utilization, and performance baselines
  • Implement and maintain SQL Server security, access controls, and encryption best practices
  • Support patching, configuration, and general environment hygiene
  • (Preferred, but not required) Assist with Azure SQL Managed Instance components

Analytics & Reporting Integration

  • Work with analysts to ensure clean, complete, well-modeled datasets flow into Power BI and SSRS
  • Validate data accuracy throughout ETL stages and support semantic model improvements
  • Contribute to data governance, lineage tracking, and documentation initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on SSIS ETL pipeline development in enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments with particular expertise in building, tuning, and troubleshooting complex ETL pipelines
  • Strong T-SQL proficiency, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning
  • 3+ years administering SQL Server (on-prem preferred)
  • Ability to analyze complex data flows and engineer stable, well-documented solutions
