As a Security Officer - Industrial Center Patrol - Full Time in Camden, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will be highly visible, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding Allied Universal's values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential issues.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns and support a secure workplace.
• Operate access control systems and monitor surveillance equipment to observe activity within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
