Responsibilities
The LifeWorks Schools are licensed specialty therapeutic day schools for students in middle and high school effected by social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges. LifeWorks comprehensive educational curriculum is individualized and designed to actively engage each student throughout the day to achieve positive, pro-social behavioral and educational outcomes. Our unique balance of academic rigor and a continuum of evidence based educational/therapeutic supports make LifeWorks the regional provider of choice. We are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and experienced School Climate Coordinator for our LifeWorks School System for the 2025-2026 Academic School Year. Implements the School Safety Plan, enforces the rules and regulations which govern school student discipline and the implementation of disciplinary measures as necessary. Acts as a liaison with students, families, school support teams and other non-school related entities to ensure a school climate that is conducive to learning and that provides students with a safe and secure environment.

Prior experience working with psychiatric patients within a school setting is highly desirable. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience. | |
