Laboratory Client Services Representative

This position will provide customer service (both in English and Spanish) for the Rabies Laboratory through communications via email, fax, and phone with veterinarians, reference laboratories, medical doctors, pet owners, health departments and regulatory agencies, and maintain the quality system through corrective action reports and ensuring high customer relations. Person in this position may receive and process serum sample specimens for rabies serology testing.

This position is On-site.

All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Requires a high school diploma and one year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Speak, write, and read Spanish competently
* Excellent computer skills including data bases, word processing, and data entry
* Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
