Job Summary:

The Wealth Management Technology Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations of Choate Wealth's client relationship management (CRM) system and supporting key technology platforms. This position provides first-line CRM support, drives user adoption, and assists with technology initiatives that enhance efficiency across the organization.

Job Functions:

CRM Support & Administration

  • Provide first-line CRM support, resolving 80%-90% of incoming support tickets.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries via the CRM support inbox.
  • Oversee daily CRM system operations and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Deliver user training and onboarding for new CRM users.
  • Communicate updates and new CRM release information to stakeholders.
  • Support user adoption initiatives and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Recommend and implement workflow enhancements to improve CRM functionality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex data or integration issues.
  • Assist in implementing CRM enhancements and feature rollouts.
  • Maintain documentation and best practices for CRM usage.
  • Serve as a backup for vendor coordination and integration support.

Choate Wealth Technology

  • Learn and become proficient in Choate Wealth's portfolio management system (Addepar).
  • Act as a backup resource for managing and responding to Addepar support tickets.
  • Develop working knowledge of additional Choate Wealth technologies, including:
    • Custodian platforms
    • Financial planning tools
    • Document storage and management systems
  • Assist in coordinating support across platforms and ensure data consistency between systems.
  • Contribute to Choate AI initiatives aimed at improving employee efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration or technology support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Familiarity with financial services technology (Addepar, custodial platforms) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini is desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI automation using Phyton, Claude Code, and/or Gemini CLI is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with workflow automation tools is desirable.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range for this specific position at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to qualifications and experience, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
