The TA Lead will focus on the development of sourcing, recruiting and selection strategies for the current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional levels. The TA Lead will source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, exercise independent judgement and discretion in matching candidates with the requirements of the job opening and coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers. The TA Lead will exercise authority to make decisions about whether a candidate should advance to the next step in the hiring process, and will work closely with hiring managers, facility human resource staff, and senior leadership to ensure that recruiting practices meet the organization's needs. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience. Preferred qualifications: 1.
