How will you power what's possible? Job Summary
The Commission Financial Analyst will be an integral member of the Operations Finance Shared Services team, supporting both commissions and the extended Shared Finance team s responsibilities. This role will partner closely with commercial stakeholders to execute commission initiatives and provide financial insights that drive business results. The analyst will develop a strong understanding of Southwire's products, channels, customers, and systems, enabling effective collaboration with commercial leaders as a trusted business partner. In addition, the role will provide general support to financial and commercial leadership, with a focus on: Key Responsibilities
1. Manage monthly sales and warehousing commission calculation payouts and agent incentive payouts, ensuring they are accurate and paid in a timely manner, as well as approved through the proper channels. Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics or information systems required. CFA, CPA or MBA a plus. Preferred Education & Experience
