Job Summary

The Video Project Manager is responsible to assist in the implementation of video technology products, executing installation, upgrade, texting, and system configurations setting expectations to be the primary customer resource with a clear understanding of the priorities, deadlines, client needs, and technical components of the project. Act as a credible resource to develop an ongoing rapport with clients, providing exceptional customer service related to resolving their technical challenges.

Incumbents have successfully completed a bachelor's degree or at least 4+ years of relevant sales experience in an enterprise level, customer-facing work environment in the hospitality field and are moderately proficient in DirecTV systems, CATV/SMATV design and implementation, and hospitality TV programming and management.

This is an exempt role and is a member of the Project Management, Video department reporting directly to the Director of Operations, Video with a preferred location of Raleigh, NC or Remote.

Allbridge is currently operating under a hybrid work model, allowing colleagues the opportunity to connect with others in person and the flexibility to work remotely. For some business groups and positions, job function requirements may require more time at the primary work location, while greater flexibility may be in place for others.

Essential Job Functions

Working with limited oversight, assist in the implementation of video technology products, executing installation, upgrade, texting, and system configurations setting expectations to be the primary customer resource with a clear understanding of the priorities, deadlines, client needs, and technical components of the project.

  • Act as a credible resource to develop an ongoing rapport with clients, providing exceptional customer service related to resolving their technical challenges.
  • Oversee the functional and technical implementation and adoption of customer projects from start to finish.
  • Execute installation, upgrade, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation projects.
  • Deploy network, hardware, and/or software solutions. Modify scope, identify, and troubleshoot problems with implementation or efficiency, perform data analysis to assess what types of modifications need to occur, and determine how well implementation is working.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across teams, drive client training and adoption, manage customer escalations, and act as trusted advisor to ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Takes initiative to remain intimately involved in maintaining strong knowledge of the organization's products and/or services.
  • Strives to document outbound/inbound activity accurately and meticulously in real time, maintaining client account details in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other marketing databases.

  • Must remain flexible to travel to support various project needs on a limited basis.

Required Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in computer science, information technology, network engineering, management, another related field preferred, or at least 4+ years of relevant sales experience in an enterprise level, customer-facing work environment. Hospitality experience in a network environment a plus.
  • Required to have demonstrated moderate skill set and proficiency in DirecTV systems, CATV/SMATV design and implementation, and hospitality TV programming and management.
  • Consistently demonstrates the aptitude to make pragmatic decisions to resolve problems, seek out information and data to evaluate, prioritize and formulate best solution or practice
  • Must be able to work effectively as a team member in a fast paced, and high-volume work environment, operating with a high level of detail and conscientiousness.
  • Required to have demonstrated intermediate level PC skills with the ability to effectively operate within a Windows Operating System and Windows based programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Project.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skillsin the English language.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
