For more information, please visit www.resilience.com Position Summary & Role The Senior Director of Business Strategy & Operations will partner closely with the Resilience leadership team to develop and implement the organization's strategic and operational plans. The role will lead the framework and action plan for the annual operating plan, drive process excellence initiatives, assist with capital budget financial management, reporting on statistics and analytics around key metrics. The Senior Director will oversee cross functional strategic projects and priorities, ensuring clarity, accountability and measurable progress. This individual will develop and oversee the strategies, processes, systems, and technologies that enable the Resilience team to achieve peak performance. They will leverage strong analytical skills to drive continuous process improvement and identify potential growth opportunities. The role is also responsible for preparing materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings and enabling timely, objective decision-making on key program, operational, and business topics. Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $150,000.00 - $232,500.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
