Marketing Associate

Job Duties: Research market conditions, develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, and prepare market research reports. Specifically,

⮚ Study market conditions of antibody drug development to identify market trends, pricing, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Identify, develop, and evaluate any possible marketing and branding strategies. Develop creative digital marketing campaigns to market and promote Biocyotgen’s brand, products, and services.

⮚ Spearhead marketing campaign efforts and track branding and promotional programs. Analyze search marketing statistical indicators and web metrics with the purpose to increase search engine ranking and visibility of Biocytogen’s website.

⮚ Develop and implement social media marketing management systems, applications, and tools to market and promote Biocytogen’s brand, products, and services. Develop social marketing tactics and initiatives to promote brand awareness and optimize lead generation.

⮚ Measure and analyze the effectiveness of various marketing, advertising, and communications campaigns and strategies including cost-benefit analysis, micro-targeting, and predictive marketing analytics. Identity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess return on marketing investments. Analyze KPIs across major marketing channels on a weekly or monthly basis to inform on the performance trends and provide recommendations on where to invest more efficiently.

⮚ Research new marketing trends and initiatives that the industry and competitors are adopting and design testing plans for the new initiatives. Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in the industry and periodically report to management for timely revising or amending business and marketing policy.

⮚ Prepare reports of findings on market research and marketing campaigns, illustrating data graphically using data visualization tools and translating complex findings into written text for review of management.

Job Requirements:

⮚ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Marketing Communication, or a closely related field.
