SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Multimedia Content Producer will support the marketing team by creating compelling visual content that highlights Marine Solutions' projects, people, and impact. This role combines videography, photography, graphic design, and storytelling to enhance marketing campaigns, proposals, social media, and corporate communications. The Multimedia Content Producer will collaborate closely with marketing team members to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and strategic goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, proposals, social media, internal communications, and website.


  • Capture professional photography to highlight projects, teams, and company events.


  • Design multimedia assets, including motion graphics, infographics, and visuals to support marketing and branding efforts.


  • Translate complex engineering and construction projects into clear, engaging visual stories.


  • Work closely with project managers and production staff to compile project information, create engaging project descriptions, and maintain up-to-date website and digital content.


  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries (ex. OpenAsset), project files, and content schedules.


  • Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns, proposals, events, and corporate initiatives.


  • Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed for photography, video, or motion graphics projects.


  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing innovative ideas to enhance storytelling and marketing impact.


  • Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and alignment with corporate standards.

YOU WILL NEED


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across project teams, field staff, and leadership.


  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability, with a sharp eye for visual detail.


  • High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects, shoots, and deadlines simultaneously.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both in the field and in the office.


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.


  • Experience operating video, audio, lighting, and photography equipment, with strong technical troubleshooting skills.


  • A proactive, self-starting work style with the ability to work independently and take ownership of creative projects from concept through delivery.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor's degree in film, photography, marketing, or any related field.


  • 5-10 years of experience.


  • Experience producing videos for marketing, corporate communications, or brand storytelling is preferred.


  • Comfortable working on job sites, around heavy infrastructure, and in varying outdoor conditions.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Proven experience in videography, photography, and multimedia content creation.


  • Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).


  • Excellent storytelling skills, able to translate technical projects into engaging visuals.


  • Comfortable working on-site at construction or marine project locations.


  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.


  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.


  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience in B2B, engineering, construction, or marine industries.


  • Experience with motion graphics, drone videography, or 3D visualization.


  • Familiarity with marketing concepts, social media, and digital storytelling.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WORK ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY

The duties of this full-time position require the employee to regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. This position may require the employee to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While in the field, the employee may be required to walk in rugged conditions, work in adverse weather conditions, and stand up to eight hours or more at a time. COMPENSATION

The hourly pay range for positions in Kentucky is $28 to $32, depending on education and relevant experience.
