Description UNC Primary Care at Chatham is hiring an APP (NP/PA)! Located off Medical Park Road near Chatham Hospital, in Siler City, NC, Primary Care at Chatham provides medical care to a diverse population, including patients with chronic medical conditions and special needs. We will partner with every member of the family to help them lead a healthy lifestyle. Our team treats the whole person, tending to physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
