POSITION SPECIFICS Penn State University is seeking a collaborative and inclusive leader who excels at building consensus and motivating diverse teams to join us as our next Director of the Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management (eCRM) Office. The Director of the eCRM Office is a strategic, visionary leader responsible for defining and scaling the governance and strategic direction of Penn State's enterprise constituent relationship management program. The role also involves guiding the work of the eCRM team, who execute the tactical elements of the program. Candidates with a strong balance of emotional intelligence (EQ) and technical fluency will thrive in this role. This position requires a leader who can collaborate and build relationships broadly to establish governance frameworks with a clear vision for growth, build and sustain cross-functional and vendor partnerships, and develop a multi-year strategic roadmap focused on innovation, value delivery, and an outstanding constituent experience, all with an emphasis on enhancing the student experience.This leader will excel in navigating complex, matrixed environments with autonomy among units, acting as a bridge-builder and influencer while maintaining fiscal responsibility and rigorously quantifying program outcomes in environments where measurement norms are evolving. QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of relevant experience, includes 5+ years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: NoneAdvanced degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Relevant work experience should include experience in positions that combind strategic leadership and operational oversight.As well as experience in CRM, enterprise technology leadership, program management, or related domains LOCATION This position is open to a remote work arrangement, the details of which can be discussed with the hiring manager during the interview process.
