The Senior Land Projects Analyst is responsible for managing, researching, and resolving unclaimed property (escheat) obligations related to mineral interests, royalty payments and suspense accounts. This role ensures compliance with state unclaimed property laws, maintains accurate records, prepares annual reports, and coordinates with internal teams, owners and state agencies. This position will also recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance for special projects in the Land department. This position reports directly to the Manager of Owner Relations, Records Management, and Special Projects and is located in downtown Houston, TX. Hybrid work schedule is an option for remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Level and salary commensurate with experience. Essential Job Functions
