Position Summary

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. You will be workingremotely out of your home office and be responsible for outbound phone calling, emailing and other social media communications and consultative selling skills to generate new opportunities. The ideal candidate will be located near a major airport and we are looking for coverage of western/central/eastern United States.




  • This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will not be in a silo position.
  • You'll be required to be collaborative and have high energy in order to contribute to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Your fit in the organization will be working as an individual contributor and reporting up to the Sales Development Director.
  • Your goal will be to profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching, and obtaining new business opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • First responder to leads generated from LiftGATES campaigns.
  • Identify new prospects, turn them into qualified leads, convert them into opportunities and close them as profitable revenue wins for the business.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of resources.
  • Engage current customers to expand awareness, educate and identify new opportunities.
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to build strong customer relationships through proper application of products and services providing solutions to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing Directors and have regular communication to coordinate efforts between inside and outside roles and responsibilities.
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of 40 calls / 30 emails per day.
  • Meet or exceed sales budgets and operate within expense guidelines.
  • Support team and corporate goals as well as individual accountability.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2-3 years of proven excellence in business development, inside sales and/or outside sales
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must possess strong phone selling skills with planned strategies to penetrate assigned accounts with regular contact and account development plans
  • Demonstrates the ability to develop and execute business planning and track results with the Gates Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software program
  • The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels within assigned accounts, customers, and internal associates
  • Has the ability to work independently, guided by strategic objectives, broad business goals and policies
  • Ability to work within the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relocation is not provided
  • No travel is allotted for this role. Ideal candidate will be located within a desired sales territory and close to a major airport.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

PAY & BENEFITS



  • Full-Time
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
