Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our global investment banking client on a contract basis. This role will focus on preparing and submitting FR 2052a Liquidity Monitoring Reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards. This contract role is fully-remote.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of FR 2052a reports in accordance with Federal Reserve liquidity reporting requirements.
- Analyze and validate liquidity data across funding sources, collateral, and cash flow projections.

Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Treasury teams to gather, reconcile, and review data for regulatory filings. -
Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, including liquidity risk management standards. -
Utilize tools such as AxiomSL, Excel, and SQL to streamline reporting workflows and enhance data integrity. -
Support process improvements and documentation to strengthen reporting controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields preferred
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within a banking or financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of FR 2052a reporting requirements and liquidity risk concepts.
- Familiarity with Basel III liquidity standards (LCR, NSFR) and U.S. regulatory frameworks.
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
