We are seeking a professional to join our Payor Partnerships team as the Senior Director of Business Development and Payor Strategy. The Payor Partnerships team manages a $8B commercial revenue portfolio and a high-growth national integrated care business that encompasses more than $5B of medical spend under management. This is a highly motivated, fun, and fast-paced team with extensive experience in negotiations, managed care, finance, and consulting, and is at the center of DaVita's strategy to evolve from fee for service reimbursement to value based care. We foster a collaborative environment with a differential focus on both professional and personal growth. The Senior Director of Business Development and Payor Strategy is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth of DaVita's value-based care business with payors through the identification, development, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships with national and regional health plans. This individual will lead our national business development and payor relations strategy, and will lead financial and contract negotiations to execute these value-based arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business development/sales acumen, a deep understanding of value-based care models, and proven experience in negotiating complex healthcare contracts. Location: This teammate will be based in Denver, Colorado (hybrid schedule). Relocation assistance is available.
