JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Compensation Analyst partners closely with HR leaders to assist in the design, development and administration of enterprise-wide compensation policies and programs. In this role, you will collaborate with HR management to develop and implement compensation strategies and provide trusted guidance to managers, supervisors, and HR partners on job evaluations, base salary recommendations, and incentive compensation. The Senior Compensation Analyst also proactively identifies opportunities to enhance compensation practices and plays an active role in driving thoughtful, data-informed change across the organization. Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
