Summary: As the first point of contact for the College, the Receptionist will greet customers and other visitors on the phone and in person. The individual in this role is to: provide a positive first impression of the College; operate the electronic switchboard and multi-phone line experience to route incoming calls; direct callers to appropriate personnel and complete a variety of administrative tasks - including, but not limited to, collating and preparing mailing and ordering office supplies. The candidate is also expected to be able to manage visitor flow efficiently in a modern office. This non-exempt position will report to the Office Services Manager in the Division of Finance and Facilities. It is based in our Chicago office and is onsite. The anticipated salary range for this position is $46,000 - $50,000 (paid hourly, commensurate with related experience). Responsibilities:
