As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated transportation locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel to relay important information and updates as needed.
• Complete detailed reports of observations, incidents, and/or activities during each shift as required by site policies.
• Assist with crowd management and/or access control as needed in transportation environments.
• Follow all procedures and protocols specific to the transportation sector and the assigned location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
