As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Financial in Costa Mesa, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a financial institution location. You will interact with clients and visitors, offer outstanding customer service, and support access control procedures. This position requires driving as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors while providing assistance as needed.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner according to Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
