Waymo's Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams are making the technology of the future a reality. We handle all production processes and supplier development strategies: from contracts and purchasing, to designs for improved manufacturing, through quality control and delivery. We collaborate actively with Waymo engineering teams as well as external suppliers and partners to make sure everything is built to spec and delivered on time to meet the rising demands of our business.

In this hybrid role, you will report to our head of Supply Chain and Fleet Operations

You will:



  • Define and lead Supply Chain Enablement Roadmap
  • Establish and Maintain Comprehensive OKR and Performance Metrics Framework
  • Ensure process clarity and communication alignment across functions and stakeholders.
  • Identify pain points and define the target state systems and process architecture.
  • Work with business systems engineering to design and prioritize automations, and ensure successful deployment, ownership, and sustainment of new processes / systems / capabilities across the supply chain
  • Manage Enablement Plan of Record (POR)
  • Ensure consistent delivery and measurable outcomes across supply chain support functions, inclusive of supply chain partners.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and priorities to senior leadership, in alignment with enterprise-wide transformation goals.



You have:



  • 12+ years of experience in supply chain operations, transformation leadership, or business process enablement roles
  • Strategic decision making experience with proven track record of leading large-scale supply chain transformation and enablement initiatives in high-growth or complex environments
  • Strong program and change management skills, with experience deploying cross-functional systems and workflows
  • Deep understanding of supply chain planning, sourcing, logistics, and material operations processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building and tracking operational KPIs and transformation OKRs
  • Skilled in analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, risk assessment, management, and long-term planning and prioritization



We prefer:



  • Experience in automotive supply chain, ideally with an autonomous lens
  • Experience with business systems tools such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa, or equivalent ERP and workflow platforms

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
