Your Job

Molex is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Creative Brand Team. In this role, you will lead the creative execution of marketing projects, with a primary focus on supporting the Aerospace and Defense Solutions (ADS) division while contributing to broader Molex initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver designs that ensure a consistent, impactful brand experience. This position requires strong visual design expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. We're looking for a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings exceptional organizational skills to every project.

Location: This is an onsite role based at our office in Lisle, IL or Georgetown, TX.

What You Will Do

  • General management and oversight of assigned creative projects from conception to delivery, primarily for ADS (Aerospace and Defense Solutions) division, but also supporting broader Molex businesses
    • Design original pieces, including layout, illustrations, and infographics for a variety of marketing collateral including PDF brochures and one-pagers, PowerPoint presentations, website images, digital graphics, social media images, flyers, roll up banners, booth backdrops, and more.
    • Work collaboratively with creative brand manager to maintain steady internal and external design resources to align with varying graphics and digital experience needs across several marketing pods including Industry, Events, Distribution, Regional Marketing and others to ensure effective, on-time and on-budget project completion.
    • Maintain availability and flexibility to pivot priorities for urgent and spontaneous project needs.
    • Liaise with agile pod teams and other employees both on the marketing team and beyond to ensure projects meet expectations and deadlines for all involved.
  • General management and oversight environmental branding (ENVB) projects
    • Collaborating with local facility leads to fulfill branding requirements and complete projects in locations across the world
    • Review ENVB design proposals from external agencies for larger facilities
    • Design original ENVB pieces, including wall coverings, decals, custom installations, posters, etc, for smaller scoped facilities
  • Maintain and protect the Molex brand across the organization
    • Review branded material submissions from broader Molex team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
    • Create and update guidelines and brand style guides as needed
    • Update and maintain image library for all industries

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of design experience and creative project management
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Proven experience in branding applications and creative development across corporate or agency environments
  • Experience working collaboratively with a larger team using project management and workflow tools
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite software (especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Willing to work some degree of non-traditional business hours to accommodate different time zones

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Specific knowledge of Aerospace & Defense or the electronics industry
  • Experience with sprint planning as part of agile marketing
  • Experience in global organizations with teams all around the world
  • Experience using Wrike or other similar Project Management tools
  • 3D modeling and rendering capabilities

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 - $110,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
