Hours & Pay:

Hours: Flexible shifts available to fit your lifestyle

*8 AM-4 PM, 4 PM-12 AM or 12 AM - 8 AM | Sunday-Saturday

Pay: Starting pay rate: $15.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temp to hire after 520 hours

What You'll Do Every Day:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
• Support transportation needs and encourage community involvement
• Follow detailed care and support plans to promote independence and personal choice
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful residential environment
• Accurately document care services and observations
• Respond calmly and effectively during emergencies, including severe weather or disasters
• Lift and assist with physical support up to 50 lbs

What We're Looking For:

• Entry-level position - no prior experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Clean driving and criminal record
• Physical and emotional resilience to provide compassionate care
• Willingness to train across multiple shifts for 9 days before settling into your regular schedule
• Commitment to following policies and ensuring client safety and well-being
• Ability to work varied shifts: 8 AM-4 PM, 11 AM-7 PM, or 4 PM-12 AM
