KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Business Systems Analyst to join our Strategic Souring, Procurement and Third-Party Risk Technologies Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvement, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the successful adoption and optimization of our systems to improve processes, controls, speed, and agility
  • Serve as a business-side subject matter expert for the ServiceNow Source-to-Pay product, fielding general questions and facilitating issue resolution with IT
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for continuous process improvement and work with our IT organization to assess and implement new system functionalities and enhancements
  • Coordinate with necessary teams to establish pathways to gather voice of the customer feedback (such as requestor and fulfiller focus groups/change champion network) driving enhancements to the overall user experience
  • Manage and coordinate business-side User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system changes, fixes, and new releases
  • Work with necessary teams to ensure change management is incorporated into any releases/changes that impact on the user experience, including communications and training, to ensure end-users are aware, prepared for, and able to adopt system changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support project management activities, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of initiatives and contribute and help with special initiatives/projects, as needed
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in a business systems analyst, process improvement, or a similar role supporting enterprise applications, consulting experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university in business, information systems, or a related discipline is required
  • Experience with source-to-pay processes (sourcing, contracting, procurement, vendor management) and related systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office required, direct experience with ServiceNow is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, identify improvement opportunities, and develop fact-based recommendations from a business owner's perspective
  • Proven ability to manage change, coordinate testing efforts, and a strong understanding of how technology can be wielded to improve business processes and controls
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical IT teams
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. California Salary Range: $87800 - $185000
