We are seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to join our Training and Development Team in establishing impactful learning experiences across departments. In this role, you'll craft graphics, video, and audio and general training content while collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality technical content that ensures workforce readiness and compliance. You'll apply adult learning principles and instructional design theory to create interactive courses that prepare team members for hands-on work and promote continuous learning. You'll engage with our Learning Management System (LMS), maintain training records, generate reports for managers on assignment completions, assess training effectiveness, and help ensure learner success aligns with organizational goals. If you're passionate about adult learning, adept at creating multimedia content, and energized by the challenge of upskilling diverse learners, we'd love to hear from you. This a full-time onsite position based out of our Solomon, KS facility.



  • Develop company-specific training based on our products, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Define and document learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts.
  • Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, learning guides, and/or training manuals.
  • Design content to optimize learning.
  • Create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools.
  • Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision-taking initiative, anticipating needs, and driving deliverables to completion.
  • Assist with updates, revisions, and continuous improvement of existing training materials.
  • Assist with implementing the training tools/materials across the organization.
  • Degree in, Education, Communications, Instructional Design preferred or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong writing, video editing, and graphic communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing settings is a plus.
