Our Inventory Specialist plays a key role in ensuring materials are available where and when they are needed across a fast-moving, service-driven environment. This role bridges logistics, operations, and technology-supporting the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms while helping maintain high levels of accuracy, visibility, and fulfillment for nationwide field teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, an effective communicator, and a team-oriented professional eager to expand their expertise and grow into a subject matter expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Fulfillment Operations
* Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment across break-fix, activations, and new install workflows.
* Support inventory transitions from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion, maintaining data integrity and operational continuity.
* Manage stock leveling, replenishment plans, and cycle count activities to maintain optimal material availability.
* Monitor material movements, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to prevent service delays.

Cross-Functional Coordination
* Collaborate frequently with internal stakeholders-including Field Operations, NOC, Engineering, and Supply Chain-to resolve material issues and support operational requirements.
* Ensure critical material requests are processed, escalated, or expedited as necessary.
* Serve as a logistics ambassador when partnering with service teams, demonstrating strong customer-centric communication and execution.

Systems, Data, and Process Support
* Utilize Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and MS Office tools to track inventory, manage work orders, and produce operational reports.
* Raise tickets for system bugs, enhancements, and workflow improvement opportunities.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and process documentation as needed for new system features or upgrades.

Continuous Improvement & Growth
* Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills while contributing to process optimization and standardization.
* Actively build knowledge of telecom hardware, field operations workflows, and inventory best practices.
* Work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and contribute to a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous learning.

Requirements
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, field logistics, or related supply chain functions.
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
* Strong communicator capable of interacting professionally with NOC, field technicians, operations managers, and other internal teams.
* Self-starter with a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach.

Preferred
* Prior telecom experience (network equipment, field services, or carrier operations).
* Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing/CRM platforms.
* Ability to thrive in environments supporting high-availability infrastructure and tight SLAs.

Estimated base pay range for this role is $26.92 - $41.39 USD / hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
