KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Innovation to join our Innovation & Enterprise Solutions organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive day-to-day operations of the Innovation Network and key University Partnerships programs
  • Support pursuits in university ecosystem expansion, go-to-market client pursuits, and architecting unique partnership models for external innovation collaboration
  • Manage cross-functional coordination, communications, and deliverables across KPMG teams and external partners
  • Manage and advance external university accelerator design, scouting, program operations, and leadership reporting
  • Develop and maintain workflows and reusable assets that enable scale
  • Prepare executive-ready materials, partner briefs, and meeting/workshop content; conduct research and analysis supporting innovation, emerging tech, and university ecosystem strategy
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in innovation, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
  • Strategic thinker, with strong external innovation network relationships and experience; strong program/project management skills with ability to operate across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; executive-ready; ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and create structure in ambiguity; professional presence with external partners and senior leaders
  • Strong organizational rigor, documentation discipline, and attention to detail
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
