Job Description:

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Shipping Coordinator to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st.

Job Duties:

• Provide support and direction to Shipping Technicians
• Convey and support team goals
• Package and load product on trailers
• Collaborate with Transportation, Manufacturing Managers, Customer Service and other KI Facilities
• Communicate professionally with outside carriers and onsite truck drivers
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Value Added Skills:

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
• Team Player
• Computer knowledge including BPCS, Microsoft Office
• Forklift experience
• Ability to train on any shift
• Positive Attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift:

• This is a 1^st Shift position
• Hours are Monday - Friday, 5 am to 1 pm
• Overtime during busy season
