The 513 Electronic Warfare Squadron - United States Reprogramming Laboratory (USRL), has an Immediate opening for a Combat Electromagnetic Simulator (CEESIM) Scenario Design Developer. Essential Job Functions: Conduct detailed emitter research and build complex Electronic Warfare (EW) models and simulations to support mission data testing. Determine and assign intelligence threat definitions for complex programming parameters. Conduct detailed Analysis and interpolate data from intelligence sources used for programming complex models and simulations. Maintain TMT scenario development database and develop test sceneries for mission data testing. Develop detailed and realistic electromagnetic environments by programming emitter characteristics, platform movements, and threat behaviors into CEESIM software. Reviewing and interpreting intelligence on foreign weapon systems and sensors to accurately model their parameters in the simulation. Working alongside engineers, test analysts, and military operators to run simulations and analyze the results.to include troubleshooting software and hardware issues in a laboratory environment. Ensuring that scenario designs and simulation requirements meet the needs of the customer, including specific program objectives and operational issues. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, preferably in the SIGINT/Tech ELINT discipline. Candidates with associate's degree plus 10 years of experience will also be considered, or a High School Diploma/GED plus 16 years of experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance. Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline Experience with Intel sources such as CED and EWIRDB. Experience programming in CEESIM. Experience conducting EW models supporting Scenario Design requirements during MD testing. Experience programming 5th generation parametrics for threat identification. Experience programming EW stimulator testing. Experience with MD CCBs | |
