In this position, you will work to build and maintain critical digital enablement platforms thatserviceinternal functions like Finance,Marketingand Operationsas well asthe entire Field Sales Organization. You willbe responsible forcreating sales enablement tools; opportunity recognition, shaping resource deployment strategies and helping the field meet business challenges throughtimely, impactful analytics delivered byleveragingthestrong knowledge of BSC sales tools and resources. This job requirescross-functionalcollaborationacross the enterprise.

Boston Scientific's Endoscopy divisionarecommitted to innovating in medical technology, focusing on devices for gastrointestinal,pulmonary. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Technology and Reporting Innovation:Harness existing reporting tools and technologies to craft intuitive analytical reportsand insightsfor field personnel and leadership. Lead the development and implementation of innovative reporting tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiencywithinEndoscopydivision.





  • Strategic Project Leadership:Engage in and lead strategic projects aimed at advancing the objectives of theEndoscopy division.Demonstrate leadership in project execution and strategic initiative development.





  • Project Management and Communication:Exhibitoutstanding project management capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders,maintainingclear and concise correspondence.





  • Strategic Business Reviews:Generate tailored business reviews that reflect regional market conditions, customer challenges, and strategic opportunities. Offer comprehensive insights to support informed decision-makingand feel comfortable presenting findings to various stakeholders.





  • Performance Monitoring and Opportunity Identification:Monitor industry trends, performance metrics, and external data sources to pinpoint growth opportunities within both divisions. Utilize strategic analysis to drive decision-making andidentifypotential areas for expansion or improvement.





  • Operational Excellence:Ensuretimely,accurate, and efficient support for our team by swiftly addressing requests. Demonstratea high levelof responsiveness and dedication to teamwidesuccess.





  • Analytical Support:Offer specialized ad-hoc analyticalassistance, including data interpretation, to meet varying project needs. Leverage critical thinking skills to provide insightful analyses.





  • Salesforce Innovation Leadership:Act as a pivotal leader within the product owner team, spearheading the development of new Salesforce functionalities. Lead the rollout of new features, ensuring smooth adoption andoptimalutilization.

What we are looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree





  • Minimum of5yearsworking experiencewithdataand enablement tools






  • Minimum of2years of experience with SQL,Python, or VBAprograming





  • Minimum of1year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM





  • Minimum of1year of experience in analytical visualization tools like Tableau





  • Expert level experienceback-officeapplicationskills, includingExcel, MS Access, PowerPoint & Word





  • Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.





  • Desire to work in ahigh pacedcollaborative, teamwork-oriented environment.





  • Ability to travelup to 10%domestically.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Minimum of5years of experience within medical device industrysupporting a field sales organization





  • Minimum of5yearssupporting commercial operations





  • Provenexpert levelanalyticaland problem-solvingexperience.





  • Demonstratedexpertisein advanced data manipulation and analysis.





  • Provenexperiencing ininfluencingchange.





  • Experience with digital and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure campaign performance, generate insights, andoptimizecustomer engagement.





  • Organization skillsand the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature.





  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines whilemaintaininga high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
